I've selected a bouquet to send to my friend in United States but when I am checking out, I can not select that particular bouquet to send. The checkbox is greyed out!
This is because the bouquet you selected was an item deliverable to the Canada only. Ensure that you select the correct Delivery Destination Country for the person you are sending to. In this case, set the Destination Country to United States before selecting a bouquet.
